Paid in full, once, per patient

The full bounty pays on the patient’s first order: $50, $75 or $125 depending on the product, released after a 30-day hold. There is no second tranche to wait on, and it is a one-time bounty rather than a share of anyone’s ongoing subscription. If a patient cancels later, nothing comes back out.

You’re not the one carrying the risk

Our business practices and our medical standards are built around patient safety, evidence-based medicine, and not embarrassing creators who recommend us.

Someone chooses a treatment plan and subscribes. They complete a medical intake, a licensed physician reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate, and if it is, medication ships from a licensed pharmacy. One price covers the physician review, ongoing messaging and shipping. Not everyone is a candidate, and if treatment isn’t a fit the subscription is refunded in full.

How the money actually moves

Thirty-day hold on the patient’s first order, then the full bounty releases automatically. One payment per patient, no second tranche to track, and every order and payout shows in your dashboard as it lands.

It’s a one-time bounty, never a share of a patient’s ongoing subscription, and the rate is the rate whether you send two patients or two hundred. Rates are reviewed at renewal.

You’re a creator, not a referrer: you publish to an audience, and there are no per-head deals off-platform. Your code gives your audience a patient-side discount, so you’re offering them a deal rather than selling one. The cookie lasts 45 days, and the code wins if both are present.

No free product: these are prescriptions, so creators go through the same intake and pay the same price as anyone else. We pay cash instead.

Not everyone’s a fit

There are a few things we can’t budge on. Medicine is a highly regulated space, and patient safety and compliant marketing are our highest priorities. We’re looking for creators with an adult audience, and we’ll ask to see your analytics.

You’ll get a one-page sheet of things you can say. Stay inside it and post whenever you want: we’re not reviewing your edits or touching your creative. Go off script, outside the guidelines, or into the more sensitive products, and we review and approve first.

You can tell your own story, real side effects and all. You can’t promise results, show before/afters, or call a treatment safe. Content that breaks the sheet has to be fixed within 48 hours or the bounties on it are forfeit: an unsubstantiated health claim is your liability as much as ours, which is exactly why the sheet exists. No tracking pixels, ever.
